We are brand new pet owners overall and ended up adopting a Leopard Gecko for my daughter's birthday. Michael was incredibly knowledgeable and patient with us throughout the entire process, answered our many phone calls and questions, and never made us feel pressured in any way. I have been purchasing feeders from this store for some time now, I have experienced nothing but helpful and friendly interactions, the staff asks about my baby, if I have special requests ect. And the shop dog is just the sweetest kid. 10/10
