Animal Guarantees:

We guarantee live arrival of all our animals. All animals are guaranteed to be healthy, feeding, and sexed properly, unless otherwise noted. Morphs are not guaranteed, but we strive to make sure they are as accurate as possible. Any HETS listed ARE guaranteed or otherwise noted if not 100% het. 

Please note that some animals, such as Crested Geckos, may drop their tails during transit. This is completely out of our control and natural for the animal. Though this does change the appearance of the animal, it does not affect the health or value of the animal. As such, no returns or refunds will be processed due to a dropped tail during shipping.

When ordering an animal, we guarantee that you will receive the exact animal you inquired about and ordered. Some animals, especially Crested and Gargoyle Geckos, have different appearances based on if they're "fired up" or "down", so coloring of the animal may vary slightly from the pictures based on when the pictures were taken, the lighting, etc. If you have any concerns, you can request more pictures of the animal you're interested in prior to buying them. 

Shipping & Payment:

Domestic Shipments of live animals are shipped using FedEx to your door or to the nearest FedEx hub. We do not ship until we speak with the customer to arrange a day, because shipments must be signed for on delivery. They will not be left at the door.

Full payment is required before shipping. 

Pricing:

The prices contained on our website are based on the market value at the time of posting. Prices are subject to change.
