Great customer service!

As soon as we walked into the shop we were greeted with a smile. The gentleman there was very informative about the different kinds of reptiles and the items they would need for a long healthy life. I was fortunate enough to be able to hold a gecko! I fell in love with it and I will be back soon to take one home!

60 gallon enclosure

We purchased a 60 gallon enclosure and we’re so happy we did! Mike was so helpful and made sure we understood everything with the enclosure and also answered husbandry questions for our new snake. The enclosure is very high quality and easy to use. Highly recommend and will be back to Lowcountry Reptiles!

Excellent customer service

I came in to the store for the first time I asked questions about a leopard gecko that I was given because she was sick and the person couldnt take care of her properly. He was very knowledgeable and gave me some advice. The store was clean and so were the enclosures. I even asked what to look for at repticons for purchasing a bearded dragon ( not from him) he even gave me advice for that. But I decided I will be purchasing from him when he gets more in. And most likely getting one of his enclosures. I also purchased dubia roaches and meal worms and some other things from him. Just overall excellent customer service.

Such a great experience for this newbie reptile owner!

We are brand new pet owners overall and ended up adopting a Leopard Gecko for my daughter's birthday. Michael was incredibly knowledgeable and patient with us throughout the entire process, answered our many phone calls and questions, and never made us feel pressured in any way. He truly cares about his reptiles and making sure that they are set up for success when transitioning to their new homes. Couldn't recommend him/ them more! Thank you for such a great experience!

I have been purchasing feeders from this store for some time now, I have experienced nothing but helpful and friendly interactions, the staff asks about my baby, if I have special requests ect. And the shop dog is just the sweetest kid. 10/10

Starter kit set up

Very pleased with the construction of the enclosure and the starter kit was exactly what I needed to get my ball python settled in. Got the 60gal size and it was the perfect size for my living space and is just the right size for a lifelong enclosure for my snake. The built in lights, thermostat and humidity gauge were a big selling point for me as well. Very happy with my purchase and highly recommend for beginner and experienced reptile owners.
